Job Title: Chat Support Executive

Location: Mohali, Punjab (Work from Office)

Position Summary

We are seeking professional Chat Support Executives to manage customer inquiries through digital chat platforms. The primary objective is to resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to and resolve customer queries via chat in a professional manner.
  • Information Management: Provide accurate details regarding services and document all interactions clearly.
  • Performance Standards: Meet established targets for customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Operational Adherence: Comply with assigned shift schedules and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Communication: Strong written English skills.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Education: Minimum 10+2 (High School) completed. Graduates are welcome.
  • Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older. Candidates currently enrolled in any educational course are not eligible.
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Working Hours: 10-hour rotational shifts, 5 days a week.
  • Salary: (₹25000 CTC - ₹28000 CTC + Performance Incentive).
  • Leave Policy: No planned leave is permitted during the first 3 months of employment.
  • Transportation: Cab facilities are available for female employees during night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
