Customer Service Representative

Drivetrain are seeking a Customer Service Representation to join our team in Mount Isa on a maximum term contract. This role will serve as the first point of contact for all customer interactions. You'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and operational support in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role is central to managing inbound enquiries, supporting both internal and external sales functions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

A key part of your success will be leveraging SAP and CRM systems to monitor customer activity, follow up in a timely manner, identify new opportunities, and elevate qualified leads to the business development team.

You'll also contribute to the smooth running of the branch by supporting a range of operational tasks that align with broader business goals and performance targets.

This role will report to the Territory Operations Manager and collaborates closely with the Mount Isa Team.
