Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our BPO team in Alabang. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information across phone, email, and chat channels while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and account concerns
- Resolve issues on first contact whenever possible
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team or supervisor
