Position : CRE/Helpdesk Executive
Location : Ulwe , Navi Mumbai
Education : Min Graduate
Experience : Min 2 Yrs Must be worked as CRE profile or on helpdesk role in residential or hotel industry
Duty : 9 HRs with 6 days working & rotational Shift
Require Skill : Fluent communication, Familiarity with AVIVO software
JD:
Monitor client/customer issues related to engineering department and prepare regular reports on client activity
1) To ensure that the help desk operator will get all services complaints of buildings/terminals , forward the complaints to respected teams and ensure their closure as per the agreed response time.
