Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, residents, property owners, and vendors via phone, email, and resident portals
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to leases, rent payments, maintenance, policies, and community guidelines
Create, track, and follow up on maintenance and repair work orders with internal teams and third-party vendors
Coordinate service requests to ensure timely resolution and high resident satisfaction
Assist with move-in and move-out processes, including documentation, inspections, and tenant communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems
Handle resident concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and effective problem-solving
Support rent collection efforts by answering billing questions and directing tenants to appropriate payment channels
