Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Service & Operations Executive who will play a key role in managing learner support, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in operations and service management.



Key Responsibilities
  • Handle learner queries and service requests via WhatsApp, calls, and email
  • Support onboarding, enrollment follow-ups, and documentation
  • Coordinate with academics, sales, and tech teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain records, trackers, and MIS reports
  • Assist in session scheduling, app access, certificates, and course logistics
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a positive learner experience


Eligibility & Requirements
  • Graduate in any discipline (Psychology background is a plus)
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools is an advantage
