Role Overview
We are looking for a Service & Operations Executive who will play a key role in managing learner support, internal coordination, and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in operations and service management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle learner queries and service requests via Whats App, calls, and email
- Support onboarding, enrollment follow-ups, and documentation
- Coordinate with academics, sales, and tech teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain records, trackers, and MIS reports
- Assist in session scheduling, app access, certificates, and course logistics
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a positive learner experience
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Psychology background is a plus)
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools is an advantage
