Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM software.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction levels.
- Achieve call targets and maintain call quality.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills (if applicable).
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation
- Experience in customer service/telecalling is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi.
