What you'll be doing



Handle inbound chat enquiries from customers and provide efficient and effective solutions to their questions and concerns



Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond promptly and courteously



Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records



Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to better assist customers



Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary



Contribute to the continuous improvement of the chat support service through feedback and process refinement



What we're looking for



Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers



Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries



Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
