We are hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance via chat, email, and messaging platforms without phone interaction.



Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat or email

Provide accurate information on products, services, or accounts

Resolve issues efficiently

Log all interactions in the system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors

Maintain service quality and client satisfaction metrics



Schedule & Training:

Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays

Paid training on non-voice tools and procedures



Requirements:

High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)

Strong written English communication

Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

Basic computer skills and multitasking

Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
