About the Role

Globeia is expanding its team in Gurugram and seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our night operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our clients in North American and UK time zones. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a quiet, focused night-shift environment and can manage customer inquiries efficiently across multiple channels.


Shift Schedule & Logistics

  • Working Hours: Fixed Night Shift 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST.
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Gurugram (On-site)
  • Commute: Cab/Shuttle services will be provided


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during night hours to support international clients.
  • Assist clients with background checks, authentication, and document verification services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues with accuracy and empathy, ensuring a seamless experience for clients in different time zones.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure smooth handovers and workflow continuity between shifts.


Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram, India .
  • Night Shift Availability: Strictly available to work from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST on a consistent basis.
  • Problem Solving: Strong customer-service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms, online tools, and Google Workspace.
  • Resilience: Ability to maintain high energy and focus levels during night hours; prior experience managing sleep cycles for night shifts is a plus.


Preferred Experience

  • Prior customer service experience (remote, virtual, hybrid, or onsite)
  • Experience in background checks, document verification, or related service industries is an asset
