Job Description- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.
- Monitor and manage communication channels, including phone and email.
- Provide administrative support to the team and assist with daily operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. SAP experience required.
- Excellent problem solving and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to providing high quality customer service.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Competitive yearly salary of $85,000 + superannuation.
