Job Description

Entry level customer service position with the opportunity for advancement based on skill, performance and knowledge. High volume inbound calls, emails and chat with a focus on billing and payments. Insurance experience not required but beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service over the phone, online chat, or email.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Mail requested documentation.
  • Complete daily tasks when not on the phone or chat.
  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or other related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients with an enthusiastic attitude.
