About the Role

Carbiz is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage vehicle hires and client onboarding. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in coordinating hires and returns for our dealership partners and customers while ensuring a seamless experience.

In this role, you will also collaborate with internal teams, dealerships, and partners to support fleet operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding of clients for vehicle hires, ensuring that cars are delivered in a timely manner and that customers have all necessary information.
  • Coordinate with fleet teams and sales managers to manage vehicle availability, returns, and client requests, ensuring efficient use of resources.
