MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company in a professional way. - 1 - 2 years’ experience in the areas of customer service, technical support, order entry and perhaps inside sales for customer within the United States. - Knowledgeable in MRP, ERP, EDI, CRM, Oracle, MS Office and e-commerce platforms - Must have flexibility to work within a flexible schedule that may include 12hrs/day operations and different work schedules, may include weekends. - Ability to work in extended periods on the telephone helping customers, including customer follow up - Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions. - Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker) - Require...
