Job Description

Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Provide information about products, services, and promotions



Required Skills:



Work Onsite; Dayshift Account.

At least 12 months of BPO outbound experience.

At least HS/SHS Graduate.

Comfortable with Onsite setup

Residing in Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig, Makati, San Juan, Cainta, Taytay Rizal, nearby areas.

Must have an active Viber account.
