• Listens and resolves the customer's concerns and queries

• Maintains positive attitude and calmly

• Responds to complaints, resolves issues and troubleshoots technical problems

• Delivers information about a company's offerings

• Provides pro-active and extra mile service

• Collects and analyzes customer's feedback and responds to customer's reviews

• Develops and documents knowledge into helpful content

• Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across platform

• Identifies service gaps and establishes programs to address the gaps

• Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensuring every agent have a strong education on desired programs



Job Requirements:

• 2 years in College or Bachelor's Degree holder

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as CSR (Chat/Call Support).
