  • Communicate and work with customers and associates at all levels
  • Learn how to and then:assist with reviewing and answering basic inquiries from customersmake computer inquiries and entries relating to customer accountscommunicate with customers and others as needed to research problems and find solutionscollect pertinent information from customers to handle inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prioritize and organize work to ensure it is completed in a timely manner
