Job Description

Support Customer's RMA & other RMA related FA support.

Support review of account booking/backlog/billing with Sales.

Other ad-hoc support covering free of charge sample tracking for Distis, customer questionnaires & other EHS/technical matters.

Partner with Sales to manage all Renesas communications with Distis/customers.

Renesas contact for Distis and Sales for any other topics.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or above in any field. With a minimum of 3years related experience in the field of Customer Operations or Support and/or Inside Sales (semiconductor field).

Customer Service process knowledge, passionate in delighting customers by rendering excellent support

Knowledge of Order management system, eg: SAP, Model N, Oracle.

Fluent in English & Chinese in both oral and written, Japanese language is a plus

Must possess strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
