Our Client in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site opportunity. This position offers $20.00–$22.00 per hour and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers, and has strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email on a daily basis
  • Processing customer orders accurately while meeting daily production goals
  • Working across multiple computer systems and screens to enter data and manage information
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members
  • Supporting Account Executives and Customer Service Representatives with daily orders, filing, and organization
  • Assisting with shipping inquiries, including UPS and FedEx transit times
