About the job
We are looking for a talented and committed customer service agent to supervise the reception or completion of calls from new or existing passengers who wish to make a new reservation or make changes to reservations (resolve travel-related issues) already generated through the customer's own tools, guiding interactions towards passenger satisfaction.
