Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist hotel guests with reservations, questions, and concerns
  • Resolve guest issues with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
  • Provide clear and accurate information about hotel services and policies
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate manager when necessary
