Answer inbound calls and emails from internal and external customers
Create customer quotes, orders, and PO's within SAP
Identify parts needed for customer
Communicate customer order updates and revisions via phone/email
Track jobs in ERP system
Service as liaison between customers and internal teams
Assist with special products as needed

MUST HAVES:
1+ years of professional customer service experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consumer product company
1+ years of working within an ERP system (SAP preferred)
