About the Role
We’re seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to support a high-volume healthcare contact center. You’ll handle inbound member and provider calls, answer questions about prior authorization and general pharmacy benefits, and accurately document each interaction across multiple systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry training, grow into higher-level roles, and build a long-term career within pharmacy benefit services.
What You’ll Do
+ Handle high-volume inbound calls (approximately 50–100 calls/day, depending on complexity), plus follow-up calls as needed
