Job Description

Fully-onsite job in Plymouth, MI. This job and company is open 7 days per week and from 5am-10pm (you will have a set schedule within those hours). Shift-bid process is based on performance. Training is 4 weeks long and is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. You are paid your full rate during training.
Description
Customer service representative working in a call center environment
Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
Great customer service with high level attention to detail. Entering information accurately
Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of high-volume call center within recent employment (last 3 years)
Good job tenure
Have at least a High School...
