Job Description

We are looking for a customer focused person, who loves interacting with customers in person and over the phone, to join a small and busy team. This role is in a trade office setting so you’ll be interacting with colleagues and customers both in the yard / in person at the office counter and over the phone 90% of the day.

The Customer Service Representative will:

* Handle customer queries on the phone, in person and over email

* Take and progress bookings for industrial / plant equipment

* Maintain accurate and up to date records both paper and CRM based

* Take and process payments

* Manage complaints and work with drivers to resolve issues

* Process licence applications and complete all related paperwork and administration

* Cover the weighbridge as needed
