Duration: 3 Months (Possible temp to hire) Job Description: Hour/Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 pm-4:30 pm This role primary responsibility will be handling customer service calls from providers and members. Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Inquiries may be non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.
