Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market. This role is focused on order entry, customer support, and client portal management.
Daily responsibilities include:

+ Utilizing multiple client portals to pull information and monitor purchase order (PO) approvals.

+ Performing order entry in Oracle ERP (training provided).

+ Matching approved POs to orders and closing them out in the system.

+ Typing in order numbers, looking up orders, and ensuring accuracy in processing.

+ Providing customer service support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications.
