Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market. This role is focused on order entry, customer support, and client portal management.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing multiple client portals to pull information and monitor purchase order (PO) approvals.
  • Performing order entry in Oracle ERP (training provided).
  • Matching approved POs to orders and closing them out in the system.
  • Typing in order numbers, looking up orders, and ensuring accuracy in processing.
