Job Summary –

Customer Support Representative

Inbound Customer Service – Good Communication

Responsibility:

  • Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
  • Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures.
  • Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
  • Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management.
  • System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.
  • Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
  • 25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.

Outbound Call handling

Responsibility

  • Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure
  • Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
