Customer Support Representative
Inbound Customer Service – Good Communication
Responsibility:
- Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
- Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures.
- Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
- Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management.
- System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.
- Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
- 25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.
Outbound Call handling
Responsibility
- Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure
- Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
