Job Summary –
Customer Support Representative
Inbound Customer Service – Good Communication
Responsibility:
Answering Customer Calls/emails/chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
Answering calls/ emails as per client mandated procedures.
Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management.
System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.
Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
25wpm typing speed with 80% accuracy.
Outbound Call handling
Responsibility
Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure
Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
Qualifications :
1-5 yrs of experience in BPO industry.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
