Job Description

We are seeking remote **Customer Service Representative**, who will be responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs.
**Working Hours**:
Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM,
Thursday - Sunday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Manages the customer board by**:
- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise. dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
- Providing PODs to billing.
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
- Provides daily reports to key clients.
