Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this position interacts with customers answering inquiries, processing orders, and handling basic problems about products and services or order status.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handle email inquiries, reports, and customer calls regarding issues related to assigned product lines.
  • Process all incoming orders for product lines to ensure accuracy on products and pricing. Ensures delivery requirements are met, expediting when necessary.
  • Reconsolidate freight to ensure the best methods used in shipping product.
  • Interface with all other departments in handling any and all customer issues including shop orders, invoicing, credit problems, order processing, literature, tracking returns receipt return to repair and re-shipment, quality issues, production/operation status, shipping/routing issues and working with...
