Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner
Handle inbound calls from inquiries related to holiday homes, providing accurate information on availability, pricing, booking process, and house rules
Assist potential guests with reservation-related questions and basic booking guidance
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests with empathy and accuracy
Provide clear and correct information about services, policies, and procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems
Escalate complex, urgent, or booking-related issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and service standards
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or reservations (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and call-handling platforms
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
