The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the frontline support for our clients and customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is passionate about providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in managing customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Critical Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or e-commerce environment
  • Proven ability to handle multi-channel support (chat, email, messaging, voice)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM tools
