Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key level of support for our valued retail store customers. A large portion of your day will be spent answering customer inquiries and entering & processing orders (- daily) via the AS system. In addition to order support, you will investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution. To be most successful in this investigative work, you will need to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role will be M-F working in our Long Island, NY (Bethpage) office.
