Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher – Onsite (Sandston, VA)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1‑hour lunch)
Location: Onsite in Sandston, VA
Experience Level: Intermediate
Pay: $19/hr
About the Role
We are seeking an organized and customer‑focused Dispatcher to support service operations for our Division customers. This individual will manage and assign daily service requests, coordinate with regional technicians, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
+ Receive and assess incoming service calls; dispatch approximately 20 service tickets daily.
+ Prioritize requests and assign the most appropriate technician based on availability and skillset.
+ Maintain clear communication with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates.
