Start 16 February 2026 $37.39 + Super 35 hrs/week Lithgow (Hybrid) 6 months contract plus view to extend

Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer enquiries over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing accurate information, guidance and support on a range of services
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues with empathy and confidence
  • Updating systems, maintaining accurate records and following compliance processes
  • Working collaboratively within a team focused environment
Roster & Hours
  • Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm
  • 35 hours per week / 7 hours per day
  • Rotating every two weeks
