About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers by processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat while coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, Dispatch, and Accounting to resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
