Our company is currently seeking to hire a qualified and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries, complaints and problems are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities will include:

+ Responding promptly to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.

+ Handling and resolving customer complaints.

+ Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

+ Providing customers with product and service information.

+ Documenting customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries or complaints as well as actions taken.

+ Monitoring customer service team and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
