Transdev in San Diego, CAis hiring a Customer Service Representativeto act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. Weare seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:
+ $20.65/hr – $21.25/hr
+ Starting pay $20.65/hr with progression to $21.25 as of April 1, 2025.
Benefits include:
+ Vacation:up to 14 days per year
+ Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly part- time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

+ Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
