Position overview

allnex invites you to join us as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage customer orders, enquiries, and complaints with consistency, speed, and professionalism. The role also supports continuous improvement in service quality and process efficiency. This position supports customers in the Australia region and requires working hours aligned with the Australian timezone (5AM–3PM Malaysia time).
