Essentra Components is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of a comprehensive range of components. We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative who can contribute to a world-class, hassle-free service to customers within a fast-paced environment, driving improvements across Essentra's major Customer Service-related metrics, namely NPS, time-to-serve and best level of customer experience during interaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and calls, and provide timely responses.
- Manage customer orders, shipments, delivery schedules (ETA), and follow up with customers accordingly.
- Coordinate export and logistics activities, including liaising with overseas offices, freight forwarders, couriers (FedEx/DHL), and customs clearance requirements.
- Support sales activities by assisting with sales data, customer records, indoor sales coverage, and sample/catalogue requests.
