Customer Service Executive

• Based on a farm in a rural location close to Drax village near Selby. A family run online retail and wholesale company.
• As a Customer Services Executive you will ensure that all existing and potential new customers are provided with a comprehensive, high quality service
• Taking orders from customers, inputting and processing sales from start to finish on our customer sales/order system.
• Dealing with customer enquiries, chasing orders with couriers and relaying information back to the customer in a professional manor.
• Operating a busy Freshdesk system, ensuring all tasks are fulfilled on time and all customer emails / orders are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
• Handle general office administration tasks.
