The City of Cambridge is hiring for a Customer Service Representative, Service Cambridge position within the Customer and Financial Services Department, Corporate Transformation and Citizen Services Division. This role reports to the Supervisor of Service Cambridge and the incumbent in this position is responsible for performing the following duties:
