The Customer Service Representative role is an exciting opportunity to support the Sherman, TX, Emerson team. You will guarantee a positive customer experience, building strong relationships with our customers in every interaction, whether by phone or email. You will ensure quick and reliable processing of customer requests, as well as manage speedy and knowledgeable responses to assist customers at any stage of the order and proactively solve any problems. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • Providing superior customer service by managing all aspects of the customer perception utilizing customer relationship techniques and communication skills. 
  • Coordinating with Applications Engineering, Project Management, Logistics and Exports to establish acceptable dates for quotes, express, FAST, and pre-com orders. 
  • Reviewing and researching customer inquiries and issues and following up, with every customer request within 24-48 hours.
