As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Process customer quotes and input orders.
• Access and send shipping documents and certificates to customers via email.
• Retrieve and email invoices and Statements of Account from the system, sharing them with customers and Regional Sales Managers upon request.
• Track urgent orders, updating customers on their status and shipping details.
• Access RFQs from the customer portal and respond accordingly.
• Upload order confirmations and tax invoices to the customer portal.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies and stationery.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Customer Support Manager and Director.
