- Acknowledge and process export and import orders promptly, ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
- Ensure orders are handled in accordance with policies and procedures, with proper administrative follow-up and filing for audits.
- Serve as the main contact for customers regarding import and export inquiries, assisting with documentation, tariffs, and shipping regulations.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure on-time delivery of goods, resolve customer issues quickly, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve service, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
