Salary: €32,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience & location)

This is a fully remote Customer Service Executive role, supporting customers across Europe and playing a key part in delivering a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone
  • Resolving issues professionally and efficiently
  • Managing customer accounts, updates, and requests
  • Escalating queries when needed and following up to resolution
  • Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records
  • Acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers across Europe

Who This Role Is For

  • Fluent written and spoken English (additional European languages a bonus)
  • Customer‑focused with a calm, professional approach
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Confident using email, CRM systems, and basic office tools
  • Previous customer service, support, or client‑facing experience is helpful but not essential
  • Full training provided
