Salary: €32,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience & location)

This is a fully remote Customer Service Executive role, supporting customers across Europe and playing a key part in delivering a smooth, high‑quality customer experience.
You’ll receive full training, clear systems, and ongoing support from day one — ideal if you’re looking for a stable, long‑term remote role with real progression and flexibility.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat, and occasionally phone
- Resolving issues professionally and efficiently
- Managing customer accounts, updates, and requests
- Escalating queries when needed and following up to resolution
- Updating internal systems and keeping accurate records
- Acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers across Europe
Who This Role Is For
You don’t need to tick every box — attitude and communication matter most.
- Fluent written and spoken English (additional European languages a bonus)
- Customer‑focused with a calm, professional approach
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Confident using email, CRM systems, and basic office tools
- Previous customer service, support, or client‑facing experience is helpful but not essential
- Full training provided
